Sales – PhoneWatch

I have worked in the Sales Department at PhoneWatch since November 2018. I work on the Sweep Outbound campaign, an outbound campaign which targets former customers who have left PhoneWatch’s monitoring subscription. Our aim is to reintroduce them to PhoneWatch as customers. The campaign has three elements: reconnecting a customer at a lower monthly subscription, bringing a customer back to the service by offering a free upgrade of their old system, or contacting inbound leads that were not converted to bring them onto the system.

I have also worked with the New Sales department during Black Friday, Summer, and January sales.

Since I started, there have been six agents on the campaign. I have consistently beaten my target and finish top of the board nearly every month.

My median monthly net sales figures are 30% ahead of target.
